The successful candidate must be fluent in both French and English and be comfortable traveling to client locations as business needs require. Responsibilities
- Guide enterprise clients through the people side of AI transformation.
- Identify high-value use cases and accelerate workforce readiness.
- Drive behavioral change and realize measurable business outcomes from AI investments.
- Collaborate with executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders to shape transformation strategies.
- Facilitate AI adoption programs and build scalable approaches that support new ways of working.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
- Experience guiding AI adoption, change management, and employee experience initiatives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, AI, and Copilot adoption is a plus.
