TAISC – The AI Software Company | Hybrid (Karlsruhe/Stuttgart) | Full-time / Part-time
Want to help shape the future of Germany's Mittelstand? We're looking for you!
About Us
At TAISC – The AI Software Company, we believe that AI-powered software development is essential for driving digital transformation in businesses. Software is the backbone of our digital world — and often a bottleneck. We consult, build, and implement individually tailored software and AI solutions — from strategic advisory through implementations/AI automations, MVP/prototyping, all the way to custom development and support for running applications. Not to replace people, but as a tool to empower them and boost their productivity. We work with cutting-edge technologies, deep domain and methodological expertise, and a genuine hands-on mentality.
Our team combines technological expertise with user-centered thinking. We value clarity over buzzwords and collaboration at eye level — with enterprises, mid-market companies, and startups alike.
Results come first for us: we're looking for people who want to deliver with focus, take ownership, and aim higher than average.
Your Role
- Training sessions on-site with clients in the DACH region (primarily Baden-Württemberg / Greater Stuttgart) and remotely (mostly remote)
- Creating and updating training materials and examples
- Teaching AI topics (primarily AI fundamentals; depending on your expertise, more technical topics are welcome too, e.g., RAG, AI coding …)
- Subject-matter support for workshops and client projects (preparing slides or workshop content, AI projects …)
What to Expect
- The chance to get to know a wide range of Mittelstand clients and teach current AI topics
- AI is your daily tool across every phase of consulting and delivery — you use it deliberately, but think for yourself, question results critically, and own the outcome.
- You contribute to client projects and take on subject-matter responsibility for tasks and sub-projects
- You bring in your own ideas: suitable tools, internal and client processes, content, upselling …
- You don't have to be a techie, but you're open to learning the fundamentals of software development and software architecture
- You dive deep into Germany's Mittelstand
- A steep learning curve and the chance to help shape the future of Germany's Mittelstand
What You Bring
- A completed Bachelor's/Master's degree (e.g., business informatics, business administration with an IT focus, or computer science with an entrepreneurial mindset — or as a career changer)
- At least 2 years of experience in the IT industry (primarily consulting or training) and experience presenting to and moderating large groups
- You speak fluent German (min. C1)
- Strong communication skills (explaining complex topics in an accessible way)
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for software, AI, and modern tools: you use AI as a deliberate extension of your own skills — not a replacement for them.
- You like to try things out and take initiative — e.g., side projects, volunteering, a previous venture. (Not a must, but we love to see what you've built or done.)
- A hands‑on mentality and willingness to learn: you try things out instead of debating for ages.
- In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, tools, and concepts is essential (LLMs, RAG, GenAI, agentic development, agent harnesses, Claude/ChatGPT/Copilot fundamentals and features …)
- Experience with MS365 (SharePoint, Power Automate) is a plus
- Willingness to occasionally work on‑site with clients and travel within the DACH region (approx. 10–20%).
What We Offer
- Direct collaboration with the founder: regular feedback, sparring, joint working sessions, and participation in client workshops.
- Modern tools (Claude Max, ChatGPT, Notion, MS365, n8n) and Apple hardware.
- A lot of freedom, plenty of room for your own ideas, and a steep learning curve.
- An environment where you can grow within months, not years.
- Working in an AI-first company that doesn't just talk about AI but uses it every day.
Note: We occasionally work together in Karlsruhe, Pforzheim, or the surrounding area (usually 1 day per week), combining co‑working on‑site, time at clients, and flexible remote work. This is not a remote‑only job.
