Overview As a PLM Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact within the team for projects and second-level support related to the enhancement and operation of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.

As part of our Consulting team, you will be responsible for the functional and technical implementation of our software solutions and will support their ongoing development within the SAP S/4HANA, PRO.FILE, and related application landscape. Responsibilities Support, maintain, and enhance various SAP-integrated systems that manage the lifecycle of our products Administer and support the PRO.FILE 10 application by Procad Integrate these systems with SAP ERP and provide consulting services for the associated SAP modules Lead or contribute to innovation projects, system rollouts, and the implementation of additional applications Manage support activities and coordinate change management initiatives Deliver introductory and advanced training sessions for employees Coordinate and manage external partners involved in support and project work Hardskills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification Several years of professional experience in Application Engineering Strong knowledge of .NET Framework 4.x, C#, VB.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework, XML, LINQ, and Visual Studio 2017 Working knowledge of VBA in Microsoft Office 2010 Experience with CAD software, preferably SOLIDWORKS 2019 or later Knowledge of SAP, including SAP standard connectors, is a plus Solution-oriented mindset with experience working in agile environments (e.g., Scrum) Professional proficiency in both German and English Experience with PRO.FILE 10 by Procad is desirable Softskills Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently Hands-on approach with a proactive attitude Confident and professional demeanor Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, with a willingness to compromise when appropriate Ability to perform well under pressure, with excellent resilience, adaptability, and flexibility We offer you An open and collaborative corporate culture Freedom to contribute and develop ideas Opportunities to participate in sports and social activities Professional development and continuous learning opportunities, especially at our SKAN Academy Comprehensive and career-focused onboarding Quick decision-making paths and flat hierarchies Transparent and open communication 5 weeks of vacation, with the option to take additional leave Additional information For questions please contact Viviane Braxton.
