Responsibilities • Design, implement, and customize Atlassian products for customers. • Develop technical solutions for Jira, Confluence, JSM, and other Atlassian tools. • Lead and contribute to complex data center to cloud migrations of Atlassian products and apps. • Lead and contribute to Atlassian‑based ITSM solutions. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting related to Atlassian environments. • Help customers modernize their SDLC through automation, AI‑assisted workflows, and platform engineering best practices using Atlassian Rovo and Claude. • Work with a team of experienced Atlassian professionals and stay updated on the latest Atlassian products and trends. • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to both customers and teammates. • Conduct training, workshops, and technical documentation for customers on Atlassian tools and best practices.

Success Factors / Qualifications • Strong hands‑on technical experience with the Atlassian platform (Data Center and Cloud). • Experience working with cloud technologies, enterprise environments, or digital transformation initiatives. • Proven track record with Atlassian Cloud administration, migrations, and integrations within modern DevOps ecosystems. • Solid understanding of software development practices, CI/CD, DevOps, and platform engineering principles. • Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI‑assisted software development and intelligent automation. • Familiarity with Agile and ITSM concepts and tools. • Knowledge of ITSM and/or Jira Service Management (JSM). • Must be physically residing in Sweden; flexible hybrid/remote working environment is offered.

About Eficode We’re building the future of software development — driving innovation across Cloud, DevOps, Agile, Service Management, and AI-powered transformation. Role Purpose We’re looking for hands‑on Atlassian experts who enjoy solving technical challenges and building real‑world solutions.

As an Atlassian Consultant at Eficode, you will work directly with systems and tools: implementing, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting Atlassian environments such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM).

You’ll design and deliver technical solutions, including scripting, automation, data migration, and integration with other enterprise tools.

Nice to Have • Atlassian certifications or accreditations (e.g., ACP). • Experience with GitHub, GitLab, Azure, or AWS. • Experience using at least one scripting language or automation platform. • Experience working in consultancy environments. Location This role is based in Sweden, with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö.

A minimum of two days per week in the office is required. Salary Development Compensation reflects impact and growth, with regular check‑ins based on skills, experience, client work, feedback, and overall contribution. A company‑wide salary review is conducted once a year.
