Requirements Degree in (business) computer science, business administration or equivalent qualification.

• Support clients in establishing agile and collaborative ways of working and advise them on the most suitable Atlassian products for their collaboration and operational processes.
• Analyze and document business requirements, processes and concepts, and develop solution designs.
• Build collaborative intranets using Confluence (e.g., digital workplaces).
• Configure Jira workflows to digitize and automate business processes.
• Manage projects and coordinate our internal development team to extend Atlassian tools with apps and macros.
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork. At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence. At least 3 years of project experience working directly with clients. Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding and improving processes and systems; strong service and customer orientation.
High quality awareness, commitment and an independent working style. Fluent German and English. Ideally Atlassian certification or willingness to obtain one, plus several years of practical administration experience with Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo), and experience managing projects independently.
