We are looking for a Business Consultant / Investment Compliance Specialist to strengthen our Portfolio Management Solutions team.

Besides implementing compliance rules, you will support clients in their daily operations, document business processes and continuously challenge and improve existing processes – including leveraging modern technologies and Artificial Intelligence.

Support the first-level support team and clients in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues related to investment compliance and portfolio management. Analyse incidents, identify root causes and coordinate solutions together with internal teams.

Collaborate closely with Business Consultants, Product Management and Software Development teams. Team-oriented attitude with strong organizational skills.

We’re a team of engineers, creatives, and fintech experts who move fast, think big, and challenge the status quo. In this role, you will primarily focus on implementing and maintaining investment compliance rules for leading asset managers and institutional clients across Europe.

You will work closely with clients, consultants and software developers to translate regulatory and client-specific investment restrictions into system-based solutions. Your role and responsibility In this position you will: Analyse regulatory and client-specific investment restrictions and translate them into system-based compliance rules.

Design, implement and maintain investment compliance rules using our proprietary rule language. Work directly with clients to understand their business requirements and provide functional consulting. Document compliance requirements, implementation approaches and business processes.

Perform functional testing and validation of newly implemented compliance rules and product enhancements. Contribute to customer onboarding and implementation projects. Continuously challenge and improve existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization, including the use of Artificial Intelligence.

Your experience and profile What you'll bring: Education & Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a related field, or comparable professional experience.

First professional experience in Asset Management, Investment Compliance, Financial Services or Software Consulting is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured way of working. High technical affinity and interest in software-based solutions. Affinity for software development, programming or rule-based systems.

Interest in financial markets, investment restrictions and regulatory requirements. Business-fluent English proficiency, German language skills are considered a plus. Other Desired Skills & Attributes: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and new subject matters. Takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities assigned. Passion for fast-paced learning, especially in a technology-enabled environment. Interest in Artificial Intelligence and process optimization. Confident and composed demeanor, even in challenging situations.
