About the position As a Business Process Consultant (m/f/d/x), you will significantly design our internal business processes and contribute to their continuous optimization. Her tasks include precise requirements management, professional moderation of workshops and effective stakeholder management. They identify potential for process improvement, develop innovative solutions and support their successful implementation.

We are looking for a person who can translate complex challenges into clear process steps and lead our teams through change to ensure efficiency and sustainable success. Must-Have Skills * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Experience with ServiceNow and NowCreate
• Profound experience in requirements management
• Competence in professional workshop moderation
• Secure stakeholder management and communication skills Nice-to-have Skills
• Further ServiceNow certification, such as CIS and/or CAD
• ITIL certification or comparable knowledge
• Experience in applying change management methods
• Knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN)
• Experience with agile working methods or SAFe
