Responsibilities Own the end-to-end global Order-to-Cash (OTC) process landscape, including process design, governance, and continuous improvement Partner with Business Excellence and IT to design and optimize OTC processes, with a strong focus on Customer Order Management and scalable business solutions Drive global process harmonization and ensure alignment across regions, stakeholders, and senior leadership Manage and prioritize the global OTC backlog while defining KPIs that support performance management and user adoption Build and empower a global key user network that fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, and capability development Enable successful global rollouts by supporting fit-gap analyses, testing, training, and end‑user support activities Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a comparable qualification Several years of relevant experience in SAP-based OTC / Customer Demand Management Proven experience in designing and implementing OTC solutions in complex organizations, ideally in a consulting or similar environment Strong hands‑on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, with a focus on Order-to-Cash processes Good understanding of integrated SAP processes, data structures, and system landscapes Expertise in e‑invoicing, electronic billing, and digital compliance frameworks Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions Strong communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken), German required Experience with agile delivery approaches, combined with a structured, proactive, and collaborative way of working We are an equal opportunity employer!
