Your mission Servus und hallo bei uns hier in Sungrow! We are excited to welcome a sharp and curious mind into our growing IT team in Munich. As our new Business Systems Consultant - CRM (PD/CS)/GCC , you will be the bridge between our Customer Service and Project Delivery teams and the digital systems that power them.

Let's dive right in: You will capture and translate business requirements from Service and Project Delivery teams into smart CRM/GCC configurations, covering service tickets, case management, installed base, and field service modules.

You will coordinate cross-functional integrations with ERP, supply chain, and finance teams, including service data flows for spare parts, billing, and project accounting. You will actively participate in CRM/GCC enhancement initiatives and contribute to digitalization projects with real business impact across an international setup.

Welcome at Sungrow Founded in 1997 by University Professor Cao Renxian, Sungrow is a leader in the research and development of solar inverters with the largest dedicated R&D team in the industry and a broad product portfolio offering PV inverter solutions and energy storage systems for utility-scale, commercial & industrial, and residential applications, as well as internationally recognized floating PV plant solutions, NEV driving solutions, EV charging solutions and renewable hydrogen production systems.

You will support end-to-end Project Delivery workflows - from project setup and milestone tracking to resource and cost monitoring - ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

You will serve as the go-to 2nd-level support expert for CRM/GCC incidents, change requests, and master data issues such as service contracts, equipment records, and project structures. You will identify and drive process improvements across service and project execution, documenting system configurations, workflows, and SOPs.

Your profile Alright, alright - that sounded pretty exciting, didn't it? Now, to truly thrive in this role and grow with us for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

You bring 2+ years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Salesforce Service Cloud, or a comparable solution. You have a solid understanding of service management and project execution processes, paired with strong expertise in ERP integration across project, finance, and materials management.

You are analytical, customer-oriented, and comfortable navigating cross-functional topics across departments and regions. You communicate confidently in both Chinese and English (C1 or above, written and spoken); German is a welcome plus.
