We are looking for a talented and motivated Change Management & Communication Consultant to join our team and support a global IT transformation program focused on the implementation of e-Invoicing solutions across multiple international locations.

Responsibilities • Perform stakeholder analysis activities to identify, classify, and engage impacted business and technical stakeholders • Develop and maintain stakeholder mapping databases and communication matrices tailored to project requirements • Contribute to the definition and execution of communication strategies supporting large-scale IT transformation initiatives • Create and distribute project communications, announcements, newsletters, and go-live notifications through various communication channels • Prepare and maintain project documentation, presentation decks, FAQs, change summaries, and meeting materials • Analyze organizational and process impacts resulting from system and business process changes • Support Change Impact Assessments by documenting current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") operational states • Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with business stakeholders, key users, and subject matter experts • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) activities and document learning requirements for different user groups • Define training curricula, learning pathways, and enablement plans for key users and end users • Collaborate closely with project managers, business teams, technical experts, and external vendors to ensure business readiness • Support change adoption activities and contribute to successful user engagement throughout the project lifecycle Required Qualifications • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field • Experience or strong interest in Change Management, Project Management, Business Transformation, or Communication activities • Understanding of organizational change and stakeholder engagement principles • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to prepare professional documentation and executive-level presentations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams • Ability to organize and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and international teams • Strong interpersonal skills and customer‑oriented mindset • Ability to work independently while collaborating within multicultural environments • Professional level of English Nice-to-Have • Experience in Change Management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR • Exposure to ERP environments such as SAP or related enterprise platforms • Experience supporting digital transformation, finance transformation, or process improvement initiatives • Knowledge of e‑Invoicing, e‑Reporting, or electronic tax compliance regulations • Experience conducting Change Impact Assessments and Stakeholder Analyses • Knowledge of Learning & Development or Training Needs Analysis processes • Experience working in international or multi‑country projects • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall • Knowledge of communication planning and business readiness activities • German and/or French language skills are considered an advantage Benefits • Flexible working hours, the option to work from home, 30 days' holiday and special leave days for special occasions • Modern office space + IT equipment + kitchen, coffee machine and drinks for free • Individual career program with long‑term prospects through regular follow‑up discussions with HR and managers • Numerous training opportunities, paid language courses & a digital T&S learning platform Our jobs are suitable for people with disabilities.
