Your role and responsibilities What you can expect from work & study: Financial independence from day one – with an attractive salary: 1st year: €1,950 gross/month 2nd year: €2,544 gross/month 3rd year: €2,818 gross/month An employment contract with a 38‑hour workweek, including 10 hours dedicated to university studies.

Master studies at a recommended German university (of your choice) offering part‑time studies (e.g., ESB Reutlingen, HECTOR School/KIT, FOM and others). Full coverage of tuition and semester fees, plus travel expenses to your university. State‑of‑the‑art equipment, such as a MacBook, iPhone & more.

Personalized development through hands‑on training, job shadowing, and career coaching. Master’s thesis in collaboration with your department, ensuring a seamless link between theory and practice. A strong prospect of full‑time employment after graduation and promising career opportunities at IBM.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field. Passion for IT Security in combination with AI, Automation, and Cloud. Good knowledge of German (at least C1 proficiency), Maths, and English. Commitment as a problem solver, ready to take on challenges.

Curious mindset and strong willingness to learn and grow. Dedication and commitment. Enthusiasm for taking on responsibility, getting involved and having fun doing so. Preferred technical and professional experience Linux, bash, and shell scripting. Web Services, APIs, and HTTP. Required education Bachelor's Degree.
