Participate in scoped client engagements as part of the consulting team. Collaborate with project managers, fellow consultants, and cross-functional teams to deliver strong client outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.

KPI’s Consulting practice sits at the front end of that work, developing supply chain and logistics strategies for a diverse customer base, including Fortune 500 organizations. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Consultant, you’ll support engagements focused on operational improvement, warehouse automation, network optimization, and supply chain strategy.

Expect exposure to multiple industries, technologies, and customer environments, plus a clear path toward greater project ownership and leadership responsibility as you grow. WHAT YOU'LL DO Bring a strong analytical perspective to every client’s supply chain — and the professional curiosity to dig until problems are actually solved.

Meet project demands on time, with a real sense of urgency around milestones. Support supply chain and logistics consulting engagements across multiple customer industries. Analyze operational, financial, and supply chain data to surface improvement opportunities. Develop data-driven recommendations and support solution development activities.

Take part in customer meetings, workshops, and onsite operational assessments. Help build presentations, reports, and client deliverables that make the analysis land. Own assigned tasks and project milestones with accountability and urgency. Apply continuous improvement and analytical problem‑solving methods to client challenges.

Requirements WHAT YOU BRING BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Mathematics, or a related field (required). 2–5 years of supply chain, logistics, operations, or consulting experience (preferred). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools; familiarity with SQL or relational databases. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools (preferred). Strong organizational skills — comfortable prioritizing multiple assignments and deadlines at once.

A self‑starter mindset: initiative, curiosity, and a genuine drive toward continuous improvement. Professionalism, adaptability, and high ethical standards.
