Together with our customers, we design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions that are ready for immediate use, quick to implement, and scalable.

Our clients include cantonal, regional, and Raiffeisen banks as well as private banks.22nd combines first-class consulting expertise with in-depth specialist knowledge in its core areas. 22nd is 100% owned by its partners.

Together with our customers, you will implement innovative digitization projects in the areas of client lifecycle management (CLM), holistic consulting, CRM, and other digitization processes at financial institutions in Switzerland and German-speaking countries.

You will be responsible for or support our customers in the design, implementation, and rollout (change management) phases.
