Your responsibilities • Problem‑Solving: Develop creative and independent solutions through research and by leveraging your network of contacts and colleagues. • Data Analytics: Conduct data analyses -- from data collection, analysis, structuring, and visualization to communication and tool selection. • Presentation & Facilitation: Present and moderate groups using clear materials, audience‑appropriate methods, and authentic presence and body language. • Project Management: Apply Project Management methods by understanding and structuring content and relationships within the project framework. • AI Efficiency: Work hand‑in‑hand with AI and use it to enhance your day‑to‑day work, making processes smarter and faster.

What is in it for you? SALARY • Full‑time monthly gross salary starting at €4.650 (including 30 vacation days) , depending on your experience and qualifications. • Annual salary increase + bonus (one month's gross salary or 10 additional vacation days).

What makes a great fit YOUR QUALIFICATIONS • Education: A completed university degree -- we believe it strengthens your ability to think critically. • Experience: Internships in consulting or in the automotive, energy, or public sectors of advantage. • Tools: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. • Languages: Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level). • Global scale - Table 1 (CEFR 3.3): Common Reference levels (coe.int) YOUR APPROACH • Growth Mindset: Curiosity, a daily willingness to learn, and readiness to go the extra mile during intensive project phases. • Industry Interest: Passion for the automotive industry, technical understanding, and enthusiasm for topics related to engineering, manufacturing, and production. • Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, plus flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel within the DACH region (depending on specific project needs).
