Consultant – Business Transformation

• Contribute to challenging transformation programs
• Support strategic performance improvement and growth programs, with a focus on organization and operations, such as production, supply chain management, and procurement
• Support analysis phases to identify areas for action and improvement potential
• Develop clear recommendations for action
• Support the design and implementation phases to ensure an effective transformation
• Support the continued development of the Business Transformation practice

Requirements

• Excellent master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
• Initial relevant professional experience, e.g. through internships or working student positions in industry and/or management consulting
• Enthusiasm for transformation projects and for aligning companies with trends and emerging technologies
• Strong analytical thinking
• Professional communication style
• Enjoyment of collaborative teamwork
• Solution-oriented approach to work
• Willingness to take on responsibility
• Very good command of German and English
• High level of commitment and willingness to travel
