In this role, you will help clients maximise the commercial value of their assets, portfolio and organisation while building excellence in the commercial organisation. You will also help companies market and sell more effectively in an environment increasingly dominated by third‑party payers.

The Consultant will be responsible for conducting secondary (i.e. analytically and scientifically based) research and working closely with project management in the creation of high‑quality project materials and client deliverables.

You will: Support the overall cross‑functional management of projects, at both the client organisation, as well as internally at Syneos Health Demonstrate proficiency in navigating the management consulting cycle of creating project deliverables, quality checking work, reviewing with project management/leadership, incorporating edits and feedback Identify relevant secondary research data sources; leverage critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to recommend creative ideas based on data analysis, personal experience and industry best practice Demonstrate a strategic and systematic decision‑making approach to communicating data through text, graphics, images and/or other communication choices.

Contribute to the design and build of a compelling, structured and logical storyboard with guidance and direction Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and creatively on engagements Ability to develop relevant client deliverables autonomously Desired Requirements: Graduate degree in business or life science Experience in research and data analysis (e.g. organisation of sources, data processing, analysis and quality checking accuracy for pre‑defined problems) Ability to travel Syneos Health companies are affirmative action/equal opportunity employers (Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled) Syneos Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
