Become an essential part of our world-class global energy and sustainability network that makes the difference for our clients.As a Consultant Energy Utilities (all genders), you will work directly with our clients and colleagues at the Boston Consulting Group on projects to create added value from electricity and gas sales, customer solutions and energy networks and to build new or improved sales and network solutions that address modernization and digitization needs and thus make your contribution to the energy transition.

You will develop new solutions for end customers and use data and digital platforms to develop solutions to open up new sources of revenue for our customers.Shape the world of tomorrowTechnical support for our customers from the energy industry with a special focus on energy sales, energy services, customer solutions and energy networks; from requirements analysis to the definition of the target architecture and implementationSupport in the translation of business concepts into solution designs for implementation teams (e.g. detailing use cases, capability mapping, requirements engineering, process design, data domains and flow analyses)Taking hands-on responsibility in the successful implementation of specific energy solutions, including CRM, billing, pricing, forecasting, planning and logistics solutions as well as digital data platformsSupport our customers by managing transformation programs, coordinating implementation activities and guiding delivery teams (e.g. business analysts, developers)Improving delivery quality by developing and sharing methodological approachesDeveloping best practices for delivery teams in the energy supply industryThis is how you can make a differenceYou have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics, business administration or a related course of studyYou have at least two years of experience in the context of energy suppliers, software development and management of implementation projects in the energy sales, energy grid or energy IT industryYou have initial experience in working with teams of business analysts and developers across multiple sub-projectsYou have theoretical and practical experience in the design, implementation and configuration of industry-standard energy supply software (e.g.

SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Powercloud, SIV, Wilken)You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills, the drive to always achieve high-quality results and enjoy working with high-performing teamsYou have a basic understanding of the IT landscapes of energy suppliers including core systems, interfaces and current developments in data landscapesYou are ready to take your communication and presentation skills to the next level to align teams and organizations around common goals and present our concepts and projects to IT stakeholders and business partnersYou communicate confidently in spoken and written German and English; knowledge of Polish, Czech, and Hungarian is an advantageHow you can grow with usOur corporate culture has long since left rigid hierarchies behind - we focus on diversity and an open feedback culture across all levels.
