Key Responsibilities Ownership of workstreams during Transformation projects with full exposure to the client, ensuring quality, deadlines, and measurable results Deliver high-quality analyses and presentations that drive client decision-making Develop and coach more junior team members, fostering their growth and Integration's values Contribute to business development through network building and proposal support What We're Looking For Previous Management & Strategy Consulting experience (at least 4 years work experience) Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to complex challenges Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field Work authorization and based in United Kingdom or Germany Fluency in English (additional European languages are a strong plus) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Availability to travel across Europe and internationally as needed What Sets Integration Apart International Exposure: Work on global projects across Europe, Americas, and beyond.
