We're not looking for anything off the shelf, we're looking for you and your uniqueness! Your Tasks As a consultant at d.vinci, you will be primarily responsible for the introduction of our applicant management and onboarding software, either on site or remotely.

In particular, you will have the following areas of responsibility: • You understand our customers' HR processes and advise them on software integration.

You then configure the processes together with the customer in our software • You will be in customer workshops and training courses 2-3 days a week, preferably remotely, and will lead them independently • 3-4 workshops per month are not a hurdle for you • Between the workshops, you support your colleagues in software support with your consulting expertise • You are the central interface between our customers, development and other project and cooperation partners • Your ideas and experiences from close customer contact help product management in the further development of our software solutions Here you can get to the interview with one of our consultants, which gives an insight into his everyday working life.
