Openness to new, innovative and unconventional approaches, short decision-making processes, respectful cooperation and fruitful synergies make us a diverse, unbeatable team and successful company – worldwide.WHAT YOU'LL DOYou lead SAE Level 4 AD system programs with a focus on HW/SW platform architecture, industrialization, and scalability.You define and steer end-to-end AD platform concepts, covering compute hardware, sensors, middleware, operating systems, and AD software stacks.You align system architecture, platform roadmaps, and development milestones across hardware, software, and system engineering teams.You manage the integration of SoCs, sensors, vehicle E/E architectures, and middleware into coherent, series-capable AD platforms.You ensure platform compliance with functional safety, cybersecurity, quality, and regulatory requirements (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, homologation).You drive interface definitions and system decomposition, enabling modularity, supplier integration, and future scalability.You coordinate SiL/HiL/vehicle integration activities with platform development to ensure early risk detection and maturity tracking.You act as a key interface between OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, silicon providers, and software partners.You provide program-level transparency on costs, timelines, risks, and technical trade-offs.You support make-or-buy decisions, platform strategy discussions, and long-term technology roadmaps.WHO YOU AREYou hold a university degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.You have a profound understanding of HW/SW co-design for autonomous driving systems, including compute platforms, sensors, middleware, and operating systems.You bring initial hands-on experience with AD ecosystems such as Autoware, Baidu Apollo, or NVIDIA platforms (e.g., DRIVE OS, Alpamayo).You demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional teams, align external partners, and take ownership of platform decisions.You are able to bridge system engineering, software development, and hardware constraints at program level.You possess technical skills in C++ (11/14 or later), Python, Bash, and automotive communication protocols such as MQTT and SOME/IP.You have solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, IPv6, VLANs, SOCKS proxies) relevant for in-vehicle and backend-connected AD platforms.You bring experience with SiL and HiL environments as part of structured development and integration processes.You have a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset, combined with the ability to operate confidently in complex, multi-stakeholder programs.GOOD TO KNOWFull ownership and entrepreneurial freedom A high-impact role in a dynamic, international setup The opportunity to actively shape AI-driven business growth Direct exposure to top management and international stakeholders Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives A platform to build and scale a regional business Kontakt P3 group GmbHDaniel WulfD: +49 711 252 749 0T: +497112527490daniel.wulf@p3-group.comAktionen Ich bin interessiert und möchte mich bewerbenZurück P3 Group GmbH | online seit: 21.05.2026 The unique aspect of our management consultancy lies in the mindset of our employees: curious, adventurous and innovative.
