Salary: Up to £165k dependant on experience + £8,400 car allowance
Position: Consultant Psychiatrist
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Newark, Nottinghamshire
Responsibilities Act as Responsible Clinician for 18 inpatients Lead MDT discussions and support evidence-based treatment Manage complex care pathways across levels of security Support trauma-informed, PBS and recovery-focused models Liaise with external agencies and attend MHRTs and CPAs Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior doctors Contribute to service improvement and clinical governance Qualifications Full GMC registration with licence to practise MRCPsych or equivalent approved by the Royal College Section 12(2) approval and Approved Clinician status Experience in general adult or forensic psychiatry Strong background in inpatient care and risk management Benefits Comp Overview
