Overall responsibility for customer project management Leading project meetings, steering committees, and ongoing coordination with clients Identifying client needs and advising on digital transformation initiatives Analyzing clients' existing systems, processes, and workflows Leading and taking responsibility for the implementation and integration of our SaaS product Wodis Yuneo Planning and delivering comprehensive technical and professional training Building long-term, sustainable customer relationships Requirements Completed vocational training or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as real estate management or business administration Preferably experience as a consultant with expertise in SaaS products Solid knowledge of processes in residential property management Familiarity with SaaS solutions commonly used in the real estate industry Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective solutions Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective stakeholder management Experience in project management Experience with Wodis Sigma or Wodis Yuneo is an advantage Very good German and good English language skills Willingness to travel (approx. 70%–80%) Hard Skills project management digital
