Client Delivery Play a key functional role in Insurance IT and Operations engagements: transformation programmes, IT mergers, CIO/COO reorganizations Support and over time lead senior client stakeholders through complex, high-stakes projects Be the trusted Insurance IT voice in the room, the person clients call when they need a straight answer Team and Practice Leadership Lead, coach and develop junior consultants on engagements Own and develop key intellectual property within the Insurance practice Deliver at least one external-facing output per quarter: an article, an event, a point of view Commercial Growth Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing client accounts Contribute to proposals, sales materials and external communications Support business development where relevant Your Experience 5+ years of full-time experience in the Insurance sector at a top-tier consultancy or within DACH/EU corporate insurance Hands‑on involvement in large-scale transformation projects in Insurance IT and Operations, not just exposure but real delivery Background at a named top‑tier firm is a strong plus: MBB, Big 4, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Accenture Education Degree in an analytical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Economics) from a leading university Outstanding track record outside of university considered if the experience speaks for itself Language and Location Fluent English is required German is a strong plus, particularly for Munich‑based client work Valid work permit for Germany Based in or willing to relocate to Munich The Right Mindset You prefer to ask for forgiveness rather than permission You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks You are energized by building something, not just maintaining it Compensation Highly competitive base salary and a performance‑linked bonus that lets you directly benefit from the firm's success.
