Consulting Project Manager

Overview In this role, you will lead end-to-end client-facing implementation and technology delivery engagements for Visa’s VIS team. You’ll bridge business and technical teams to deliver complex payment and digital product implementations at scale. You’ll drive delivery plans, stakeholder alignment, and solution design to create measurable client value. This is an opportunity to shape multi-partner projects and contribute to Visa’s mission of enabling secure, innovative payments globally. Verantwortungsbereiche Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects (e.g., card portfolio migrations, processor implementations). Oversee project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, governance, RAID, and executive reporting. Conduct business analysis: requirements engineering, process mapping, gap analysis, solution documentation.

Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Visa, clients, processors, suppliers, and tech partners; contribute to solution design and API-based planning. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams; translate objectives into requirements and implementation approaches. Provide guidance on system integrations, APIs, dependencies, operating models, and high-level solution architecture. Document and align technical decisions with client and Visa objectives. Manage client relationships, expectations, governance forums, and executive communications. Analyze challenges and develop actionable recommendations and implementation plans. Identify opportunities to leverage Visa capabilities and ecosystem for client value. Create compelling presentations and executive materials; contribute to best practices and continuous improvement.

Identify engagement opportunities and support account growth; collaborate with Sales, Product, and Account teams. Lead cross-functional teams, coach members, foster collaboration, and promote a One Visa culture. Knowledge of payments ecosystem, card issuing/acquiring, digital payments preferred. Experience managing software implementation projects with API-based integrations and solution architecture concepts. Experience with business analysis, requirements engineering, and solution design. Ability to manage third-party suppliers and dependencies across multiple delivery partners. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
