Description The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join AWS. Engaging with AWS customers and internal stakeholders as trusted advisors to executives and technical teams.
In this role, you’ll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You’ll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Job Responsibilities Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs. Promoting Amazon’s culture of security and maintaining the highest security standards throughout interactions with customers, partners, peers, and internal stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications Knowledge of the primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53, and S3).
Experience implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments. 5+ years of hands‑on security experience in two or more of the following: Cloud Security, Application Security (security SDLC, threat modeling, code review), Identity & Access Management, Network Security, Data Protection, Incident Response; and hands‑on experience implementing enterprise security solutions (Data Loss Prevention, WAF, SIEM, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications Experience in IT implementation. Experience and technical expertise in cloud computing technologies. Experience leading design, development, and deployment of business software at scale or recent hands‑on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization experience.
