Join our dynamic team as a Digital Marketing Consultant (Google Ads). Benefits Full‑time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona with a salary of €24,310.00 gross per year plus up to €4,290.00 gross per year in bonus. We are looking for a resilient individual to provide exceptional, service‑oriented Google Ads solutions to emerging businesses and established local enterprises. If you have a proven sales track record, excel at building relationships quickly, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Manage a high volume of accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional service and sales support. Drive revenue growth by effectively selling and convincing clients, using strong sales techniques. Work with performance targets and KPIs to consistently meet or exceed objectives. Quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities.

Cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long‑term loyalty. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely resolutions.

Requirements C2 level of German and C1 level of English (both written and spoken). 2 years of proven sales experience, with the ability to win people over and convince clients rapidly. Proficient at creating digital marketing strategies for customers of all sizes.

Education: BA/BS degree required; Master's degree or advanced professional certification highly desirable. Extensive experience consistently achieving and surpassing sales quotas, persuasive negotiation, and driving significant individual revenue and market share gains in high‑velocity sectors of different verticals.

Significant experience as a senior, customer‑facing subject‑matter expert, designing and implementing service protocols that resolve client friction and enhance retention and lifetime value. Exceptional ability to thrive through ambiguity and rapid change, implementing process improvements and recalibrating priorities.

Specialized Skills for the German Market Deep German market and cultural understanding. Strategic thinking to target high‑growth companies. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to unlock substantial expansion opportunities. German cultural awareness for building client trust.

Stakeholder management, including skeptical clients and multiple agencies. Deep understanding of the German digital marketing ecosystem to position Google Ads effectively. Proficiency in managing sophisticated ROI and integration queries.

Knowledge of local regulations, especially GDPR, to ensure compliance and tailor data‑privacy‑focused outreach strategies. Desirable Skills Process excellence – systematically improving organizational processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
