Description:
• Deliver professional development training on best practices for product usage.
• Coordinate professional development and technical services for the assigned district.
• Create and maintain a detailed project schedule with the Customer Success Management Team.
• Work with Renaissance leaders to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain clear communication with schools, district leaders, and Renaissance teams.
• Host weekly status meetings with district leaders.
• Monitor implementation progress with stakeholders and recommend next steps.
• Work with campuses remotely and onsite when applicable to support implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve or expand district implementation efforts.
• Analyze district- and school-level data after each assessment period.
• Participate in internal meetings and professional learning opportunities.
Requirements:
• Must live in or around the Chicagoland area.
• This is a part-time contractor role located in Chicago, IL.
• Knowledge of Renaissance products, with Star preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to communicate with key district leaders.
• Positive, professional attitude with a flexible travel schedule.
• Understanding of how school districts operate.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
