Main Activities- Install and configure the solution (servers, client workstations, connectors) at client sites- Configure filing plans, access rights workflows, and archiving rules- Perform document data from clients' existing systems- Ensure with business tools (ERP, messaging, network scanners)- Diagnose and resolve level 1 and 2 technical incidents (telephone and remote support)- Train client and functional users on the use of the solution- Draft technical documentation, procedures, and intervention reports- Ensure the monitoring and evolutionary maintenance of existing- Perform occasional on-site interventions at client sites in French-speaking Switzerland- Collaborate with the sales team for the technical scoping of new projects4.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management (EDM) systems, ideally or equivalent solution- Proficiency in Windows Server environments, databases (SQL Server), and networks- Knowledge of scripting / (PowerShell, VBScript) appreciated- Understanding of document processes and legal archiving (FADP, Swiss standards)- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation in French and EnglishSoft Skills- Customer service orientation and excellent rigor and sense of analysis and problem-solving- Good written and oral communication in French; German or English is a- Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders (clients, colleagues, partners)- Driver's license B (occasional travel to clients in French-speaking Switzerland)6. and- CFC technician ES, Bachelor in management, or equivalent experience deemed- Previous experience in the sector of printing solutions, management or IT technical support is a but is not a prerequisite: motivated junior profiles are also considered, with appropriate internal support and training7.
