Key Responsibilities You will set up and manage Dynatrace across application performance monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, real user monitoring, and log analytics to ensure full‑stack visibility.

You will design and configure dashboards, management zones, alerting profiles, and custom metrics aligned with business objectives and service level agreements. You will integrate Dynatrace with enterprise systems, including CI/CD pipelines, ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira, as well as data and analytics platforms like Trino and Dataiku.

You will conduct performance baseline assessments, support capacity planning activities, and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations. You will act as an advisor to stakeholders by providing guidance on observability strategies, best practices, and maturity roadmaps.

You will troubleshoot and resolve complex performance issues across distributed systems and microservices architectures. You are experienced in integrating monitoring tools within DevOps and CI/CD environments. You are familiar with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira, and have exposure to data and analytics ecosystems.

You demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business‑relevant insights. You communicate clearly and confidently in English, and knowledge of German is considered an advantage. You ideally have prior experience within banking or financial services environments.
