• Conducting trainings and workshops: To ensure our clients get the maximum value from our solutions, you deliver hands‑on trainings and workshops.
Responsibilities
• Gathering project requirements: In this key role you are the first point of contact for our clients.
You listen actively and precisely capture their wishes and needs.
• Analysis, planning, documentation and project design: You scrutinize the collected requirements, identify opportunities and challenges, and design the optimal solution for the client.
• Technical implementation: Here you bring your technical skills into full play.
Requirements
• Experience in project management and independent conceptual work.
• Strong knowledge of databases: SQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL, and programming languages Java and JavaScript.
• Windows administration skills and experience with Linux.
• Ideally, practical experience in ECM and cloud environments.
• Experience with SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is desirable.
• Open, friendly and service‑oriented manner combined with strong communication skills.
• German at native level and good English skills.
