Qualifications Can be product or strategy background Strong background in financial services product management, ideally in payments, digital identity, or retail/wholesale banking.

Experience defining, shaping and managing roadmaps for financial products, with focus on security, compliance, and resilience. Knowledge of CBDCs, digital wallets, and/or ISO 20022 (direct CBDC experience a plus, but not essential).

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, PSD2, eIDAS, AML/KYC) and ability to translate them into product requirements. Access to ongoing learning and development opportunities.
