Job Description
As Functional Business Consultant – Sales, you are responsible for the end‑to‑end Sales processes and system capabilities, covering IFS Cloud (ERP) and Dynamics CRM. You ensure a seamless Lead‑to‑Order process across systems while driving continuous improvement and digital enablement of the Sales organization.
You combine process expertise, ERP/CRM understanding, and consulting skills to create sustainable, business‑driven solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities Sales Process & Capability Ownership Own and improve end‑to‑end Sales processes (Lead‑to‑Order, Quotation, Pricing, Order Management) Act as key ISM partner for the Sales organization Ensure consistent process and data flow across CRM and ERP IFS Cloud & CRM Functional Consulting Configure and optimize Sales functionalities in IFS Cloud
