Design and specify solutions (e.g., use cases/user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases), bridging business and IT through crisp documentation and hand-offs into delivery. Foster client relationships and references; contribute to proposals, PoVs and thought leadership that raise the market visibility in the Insurance segment.

Profil Experience: 12‑15 years overall; 8‑12 years in top‑tier or specialist consulting with a strong Insurance business consulting focus (Germany market exposure strongly preferred). Insurance domain depth and strong workshop facilitation across business and IT; proven ability to analyze as‑is, define to‑be, and structure complex requirements.

Stakeholder management & communication at senior levels, including conflict moderation and decision facilitation. Languages: Fluent German and English (written and spoken).

Mobility: Willingness to travel 50‑75% across DACH/Europe Central; recognized certifications in business analysis/consulting methods and/or agile ways of working (e.g., IIBA, Scrum/SAFe); MBA or equivalent is advantageous.
