Position: Recruitment Sales Consultant (German) Location: Limassol, Cyprus Work model: on-site Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Engage with senior consulting professionals including Directors, Partners, and Senior Managers across target markets Pitch candidates and opportunities to clients and stakeholders in a professional and structured manner Manage outbound and inbound communication in German at a high written and spoken level Conduct high-volume outreach and follow-up to build long-term professional relationships Work closely with the founder and use provided leads and data to drive conversion activity Utilise AI tools and recruitment platforms to optimise sourcing and communication efficiency Represent the company at events and in client-facing interactions when required Maintain consistent pipeline activity and drive deal closure within a performance-driven structure.
REQUIREMENTS Native or near-native German (C1/C2 level minimum) Strong commercial mindset with interest in sales, recruitment or consulting High resilience and ability to work in target-driven environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders (C-level exposure) Motivation for long-term, performance-based earning
