You hold a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field.
You understand how leadership development contributes to business success and know how to connect people strategies with organizational goals. You build trust quickly, communicate with confidence and influence stakeholders at different levels through strong consulting and relationship‑building skills.
