Your Responsibilities
- Are you a technical expert with an international mindset who thrives at the intersection of sales, product management, and customer solutions?
Then join us in shaping global technical solutions
- Serve as the technical point of contact for application engineers and technical managers at our international sales subsidiaries (CSC/TSC/project teams) as well as business partners
- Act as a liaison between international sales units, business partners, and
- Ceratizit product management and suppliers on product-related technical matters
- Provide technical support for semi-standard and custom tools, including clarification and coordination
- Support international project management in key account projects and conduct preliminary reviews of international after-sales topics
- Organize and provide 2D/3D data, maintain supplier contact lists, and create materials in SAP as required
