Program Highlights Training : Comprehensive technical, soft‑skills, and consulting training covering Excel modelling, PowerPoint design, time‑management, communication, project management, deliverables and stakeholder management. Senior Exposure : Work closely with senior executives of leading asset and wealth managers on strategic objectives.

Internal Initiatives : Participate in practices, recruitment, training, social activities and diversity & inclusion projects. Mentoring & Support : Structured mentoring program and buddy system for continuous professional development. Internship experience in a relevant sector (consulting, financial services, technology or professional services). Fluency in English (spoken and written). Additional language proficiency based on location: French for France; English plus French or German for Luxembourg; English plus German for Germany.

Availability to start in September 2026 (or earlier on a case‑by‑case basis). Strong interest in consulting and the asset & wealth management industry. Excellent problem‑solving skills and analytical mindset. Aspiring, proactive, and entrepreneurial with a can‑do attitude.
