The role involves consulting or implementing IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies. Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
Requirements Practical experience in Guidewire systems implementation or maintenance as a business, system analyst, or tester. Creative, resourceful, and proactive approach to solving complex problems. Strong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize results. Professional experience working with external clients in the financial sector.
Full‑time work within Germany and the European Union. Bachelor’s degree. Excellent command of English and German, confident collaborating with native English speakers. Nice to have Familiarity with insurance business processes. Experience in fintech, consulting, implementation, or IT companies, especially in insurance or bancassurance.
