HCM Functional Consultant - German Speaking

As a Workday HCM Consultant, you join a diverse, mission-driven team to implement Workday’s HCM product for a varied client base. You will act as a trusted advisor, leading or supporting end-to-end talent acquisition and development initiatives across projects. You’ll learn through certified training and hands-on project work, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into configured, tested solutions. Verantwortungsbereiche

• Lead or support end-to-end Workday HCM implementations focusing on Talent Acquisition and Development
• Translate customer requirements into configured Workday solutions and ensure unit testing
• Collaborate with Data and Integration consultants and other teams for seamless project delivery
• Support testing cycles and issue resolution under guidance from senior staff
• Participate in deployment activities and knowledge transfer/post-production support
• Engage in multiple full-cycle implementation projects within the first year
• Continue learning through Specialist Certification and on-the-job project experiences

Zentrale Anforderungen

• 5+ years of Consulting experience
• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting HCM/Recruiting/Talent/Learning solutions
• Business analysis and requirements gathering skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn technology quickly and work autonomously
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Fluency in German and English
