MAKINO Europe employs 250 people at technology centres and offices in Germany, Italy, France, Spain, and Slovakia, focusing on marketing, sales, application engineering and services.We are currently looking for a highly qualified and experiencedHead of Consulting and Sales (m/f/d) located at our offices in Kirchheim unter Teck (near Stuttgart), Germany.Your principal tasks:Ensure profitable order intake according to budget and achievement of sales budgetRealize a consistency of market plans through stable forecast reportingBuild and lead a sales team; lead & develop the competence of the dealers, including management and motivationAchieve market volume and market share increase, also through early anticipation of market opportunitiesContribute to the development of marketing strategies (including market opportunity and competitor analysis, budgets, forecasts, etc.)Build and maintain key customer relationshipsPrepare and execute customer eventsRepresent the company at internal and external events such as fairs and exhibitions, customer events, workshops, etc.Your qualifications & experience: Academic studies in mechanical engineering or comparable technical educationExperience in selling complex products and/or processesLeadership skills with a dedicated focus on long-term resultsProven experience in similar management positionsExcellent negotiation skills along with a strong analytical mindObliging and professional appearanceMicrosoft Office 365 user knowledgeInterest in working in an international environment and willingness to travelCommunication and presentation skills together with a very good command of German and EnglishOur offer: As a successful global player, we operate in a market in which quality, precision and customer proximity are traditionally of enormous importance.
