Together with your team, you will establish standards, create transparency in complex projects and position the department as an internal consulting partner for organisational development, digitalisation and strategic change projects.

Responsibilities Development and implementation of departmental strategies in line with overarching corporate and divisional objectives Establishment of company-wide project management governance and standardisation to improve project quality and success rates Defining and monitoring project management standards, including governance, roles, templates and reporting, as well as supporting cross-portfolio projects Managing and implementing cross-divisional projects and initiatives, and reporting to CFU management or the CMB on objectives, results, risks and developments Identifying, documenting, standardising and optimising business processes, as well as facilitating process improvements Co‑ordinating the requirements management process, including the collection, prioritisation and handover of requirements to IT, and monitoring their implementation Advising specialist departments on organisational issues, digitalisation potential and change management aspects Providing technical, organisational and disciplinary leadership for the department, as well as managing staffing decisions, staff development and succession planning within the defined framework What you bring to the team A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Organisational Development or a comparable qualification Several years’ experience in a managerial role with responsibility for staff, managers, resources and complex organisational structures Substantial experience in project management, ideally using project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2 or agile methods, as well as in project portfolio governance Experience in managing complex issues, projects, organisational units or cross-functional initiatives Knowledge of process management, business process optimisation and, ideally, process modelling Experience in requirements management and in collaborating with IT interfaces, for example requirements documentation, user stories or backlog management Consultancy experience or a consultancy mindset for advising business units and resolving complex organisational issues Very good written and spoken German and English What you can expect from ELA We offer you a permanent contract With us, you’ll enjoy flexible working hours, work on a flexitime basis and have the option to work from home for up to 60 per cent of the week Our staff canteen provides you with fresh and delicious lunches every day We offer you company health insurance We offer you an attractive bike leasing scheme To help you stay healthy and fit, we regularly organise various health initiatives and offer massage appointments You’ll benefit from our corporate fitness scheme: thousands of gyms, swimming pools and more across Germany are available to you with unlimited access for just €30 a month We offer you personalised career development opportunities and interesting skills training We take care of your company pension scheme and offer you capital‑forming benefits You don’t have to leave your four‑legged friend behind when you work with us.
