About the role
You will provide senior-level Health & Safety support across a busy construction site, ensuring contractors, subcontractors and project teams meet German safety legislation and SiGeKo requirements.
Senior Health & Safety Consultant - Rheinberg
Start: 3 August 2026 | Approx. two-month contract
Senior construction safety assignment requiring a valid SiGeKo qualification and immediate availability from 3 August.
Support a major project in Rheinberg, take ownership of site standards and work directly with contractors to keep delivery safe, compliant and moving. Applicants must be available for the full contract period.
Key responsibilities
• Monitor and enforce Health & Safety standards across the site
• Coordinate safety activity with contractors and subcontractors
• Conduct inspections, audits and toolbox talks
• Review risk assessments, method statements and safety documentation
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions
• Maintain compliance with German construction safety legislation and SiGeKo requirements
• 5-7+ years’ Health & Safety experience on construction projects
• Strong knowledge of German construction safety requirements
• Professional German and English communication skills
• Availability to start on 3 August 2026 and complete the full assignment
• Large-scale industrial, logistics or commercial construction experience
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors in a live project environment
