Home Loan Consultant / Mortgage Advisor (m/f/d) Full-Time Hybrid / Germany Real Estate Financing – B2C 42,000€ – 60,000€ + additional commission share Your Role Conduct initial consultations and ongoing client advisory sessions regarding mortgage and real estate financing solutions Support clients partially already during the property search phase Collect, structure and review all documents required for mortgage applications Coordinate closely with all involved stakeholders, including real estate agents, banks, notaries and sellers Identify and negotiate the best mortgage offers with partner banks Submit and manage financing applications until final approval Explain and "translate" mortgage agreements and key contractual terms for international clients Support clients in understanding the purchase contract and next procedural steps Build long-term trust‑based relationships and act as a reliable sparring partner throughout the buying process Promote additional Finance for Expats services and initiate cross‑selling by handing over clients to internal specialist departments Your Profile Completed vocational training as a Bank Clerk (Bankkaufmann / Bankkauffrau) or a comparable or higher qualification or Certification as a Mortgage Intermediary (e.g.
