Key Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging, interactive workshops on topics including: HR fundamentals L&D practice People management Organisational performance Workplace behaviours Facilitate group learning sessions that encourage discussion, collaboration, and practical application of knowledge Adapt delivery styles and materials to suit diverse audiences and learning needs Incorporate real‑world case studies, tools, and frameworks to enhance learning impact Support learners in developing their understanding of key concepts relevant to their workplace roles Work collaboratively with internal curriculum and delivery teams to ensure sessions align with programme objectives and standards Contribute to continuous improvement of workshop materials, delivery approach, and learner experience What You Bring Essential Level 5 CIPD qualification (or equivalent in HR/L&D) Strong industry experience within HR and L&D, organisational development, or people management Proven experience delivering workshops, training sessions, or facilitated learning Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to translate theory into practical, workplace‑relevant learning Desirable Teaching, training, or facilitation qualifications (e.g., AET, PTLLS) Experience delivering within apprenticeship or professional qualification frameworks Understanding of apprenticeship standards and workplace‑based learning Experience integrating digital tools or AI into learning delivery Key Competencies Confident and engaging facilitator Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage group dynamics effectively Adaptability and responsiveness to learner needs Professional credibility and subject matter expertise Working Arrangement Flexible, project‑based engagement Delivery scheduled based on cohort and programme requirements About Us SR Apprenticeships delivers apprenticeships and professional qualifications nationwide Ofsted Grade 2 ‘Good’ provider Learner‑centric approach focused on impactful, real‑world learning Committed to equality, safeguarding, and continuous improvement Compliance All successful consultants will be required to provide: Proof of qualifications Right to work in the UK DBS check #J-18808-Ljbffr SR Apprenticeships is a national Apprenticeship and professional training provider working with over 130 employers across the UK.
Due to continued growth, we are expanding our pool of experienced HR and L&D Consultants to deliver high-impact workshops and group learning sessions across our programmes (up to Level 5).
This role is ideal for industry professionals who enjoy facilitating learning in a workshop setting, bringing real‑world experience into engaging, practical sessions that drive workplace application.
