The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of German labor law with hands‑on experience supporting strategic HR projects in international environments. We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support project-based initiatives with a strong focus on German employment legislation .
This role will provide expert HR advisory during complex organizational initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions and organizational restructuring .
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert advice on German employment legislation and ensure compliance across HR initiatives
• Advise on organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and related employment law implications
• Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to design and implement compliant HR solutions
• Assess HR risks and propose practical, legally compliant solutions during transformation projects
• Review and develop documentation, policies, and communications aligned with German labor requirement
• Support HR aspects of mergers & acquisitions especially in post‑merger integration
