Responsibilities • Lead ERP implementation projects for new customers • Analyse manufacturing and operational business processes • Lead customer workshops and gather requirements • Configure ERP solutions • Support testing, validation and data migration • Guide customers through go‑live phases • Train end users and customer teams • Work closely with teams in Germany and the Netherlands • Help expand our presence in the German market What you bring • Strong ERP knowledge is required • Experience leading or supporting implementation projects • Strong understanding of industrial and manufacturing business processes is required • Experience within manufacturing environments is required • Comfortable working in a growing market where not everything is fully built yet • Willingness to travel to customer sites 2 to 3 days per week • Native German language skills are required • Professional English communication skills are required • You can live anywhere in Germany.

What we offer • Salary: €4,280 to €6,585 per month • Permanent contract with a 6 month probation period • Position for 36 to 40 hours per week • Competitive base salary paid in 12 monthly installments • Annual bonus of 5% • Additional consulting bonus of 7% once fully billable, typically after your first year • Company car • Pension scheme • 30 vacation days per year • Hybrid working model • Strong onboarding programme • International career opportunities • Opportunity to help build the German market We look forward to hearing from qualified candidates.

This role is based in Germany and offers a hybrid working model with travel to customer sites across Germany.
