Implementation Consultant

In this role you guide customers from signature to successful deployment of Samsara's solution, acting as the principal advisor and cross-functional liaison. You’ll lead workshops, define project plans, and support change management to achieve rapid value realization. You will partner with Sales, Support, and Product to deliver a cohesive implementation across multiple use cases. The position offers autonomy in a hyper-growth environment and opportunities to shape the customer-success function. You will work closely with executives and day-to-day users to ensure a safe, efficient, and scalable deployment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Manage the deployment of Samsara technology to customers to achieve quick time to value
• Lead solution workshops to establish L1 business processes
• Guide customers through change management, including policy, communications, and training
• Conduct training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and users
• Handle multiple customer engagements in parallel while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience

Zentrale Anforderungen

• 2+ years in an implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding role
• Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred
• Strong project management skills and methodologies
• 2+ years of experience supporting or working with technical products
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and project management abilities
• Experience managing more than 20 implementations/projects concurrently
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate with executives, Product and Engineering teams, and end users
• Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) mandatory for this role
