Onboard, advise, and grow enterprise insurance customers.

Advise and lead enterprise stakeholders: project leads, marketing teams, and IT departments; translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes, run workshops and steering meetings, present to senior stakeholders in English and German.
Drive expansion through operational excellence: identify expansion opportunities (new business lines, use cases, deeper penetration) and prepare them for the team lead. Work in a small senior team reporting directly to the founding team, with real ownership of customer outcomes. Anchor Wallet Studio in corporate processes.
Turn great delivery into expansion. Scope and responsibilities Own the full customer lifecycle hands‑on: run implementations, onboarding, and rollouts of Wallet Studio with enterprise clients end to end. Anchor Wallet Studio into customers’ operational workflows, customer journeys, and reporting to make it indispensable.
Collaborate across functions with Sales, Product, Engineering and Solution Consulting; bring customer feedback into the organisation and contribute to continuous improvement. Work with AI as part of the daily toolkit: use AI for execution, structuring, research and customer work.
