Implementation & Success Consultant

• Own end-to-end enterprise implementations from kick-off to go-live
• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable solution designs and structured rollout plans
• Become a product expert and train customers to integrate Prospeum into procurement processes
• Act as the central project owner and trusted advisor throughout the customer relationship
• Drive customer retention and identify expansion opportunities with sales
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Leadership to unblock delivery
• Manage risks, escalations, and stakeholder communication proactively
• Turn customer feedback and usage patterns into product improvement proposals
• Build standardized implementation playbooks to improve rollout speed
• Bring Prospeum’s AI-powered procurement platform to enterprise customers

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in software/SaaS implementation, customer success, or consulting
• Background in startups, enterprise software, or consultancies, ideally with procurement or supply chain exposure
• Strong project management instincts: timelines, stakeholders, dependencies
• Comfortable with enterprise architectures, integrations, and system landscapes at a conceptual level
• Technical curiosity; APIs, data models, and JSON should not be intimidating
• Confident communicating with C-level stakeholders and managing expectations clearly
• Fluent German and strong English
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building from scratch
• Ambitious and ownership-driven
• No educational credential explicitly required
