TASKS * Own end-to-end enterprise implementations from kick-off to go-live — on time, on scope, on quality * Translate complex customer requirements into scalable solution designs and structured rollout plans * Become a product expert and train customers to integrate Prospeum into their operational and strategic procurement processes * Act as the central project owner and trusted advisor throughout the customer relationship * Drive customer retention and identify expansion opportunities in close collaboration with sales * Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Leadership to unblock delivery * Man
